Dear IN-TECH 2014 participants,

We would like to inform you that you can book for free transportation, bus provided by the conference, from the Lisbon airport to Leiria.
Please, have in mind that:
– We will only provide transportation from the Lisbon airport to Leiria on September 10th;
– There will be a representative from the conference at the „Meeting point“ at the Arrivals Hall – International Flights at Lisbon, to collect the participants;
– The bus will depart from the airport at 9pm (21:00) local time;
– The bus will leave the participants in the booked hotels, respectively.

To book just reply to this email (ferreira[at]ipleiria.pt) with the following information:
-Name
-Institution/company
-Hotel (where will you stay in Leiria)
-Number of accompanying persons

If you can not be in time for the bus, or if the day/time are not convenient for you, you should plan your journey from Lisbon to Leiria by yourself.
We recommend you the following:
– Go from the Lisbon airport to the Lisbon bus station (Rede Expressos), two options are available:
1) take the Aerobus line 2 (shuttle bus you can take at the airport), leave on „Sete Rios“, adult ticket is 3.5€. More information at: http://www.yellowbustours.com/en/cities/lisbon/airport-transport/
2) take a taxi, it will cost you about 7€.
– Take a bus, Rede Expressos, from the Lisbon bus station to Leiria. Informations about prices and timetables can be found at:http://www.rede-expressos.pt/default.aspx
– Take a taxi from the Leiria bus station to your hotel.
