The IN-TECH2014 will be held in  in Leiria, Portugal.

Leiria is located in the central region of Portugal, roughly halfway between Lisbon and Oporto (135 Km from Lisbon and 170 from Oporto) with excellent accesses by several motorways. It is also located in the West part of the country, quite close (about 20 Km) to the Atlantic Ocean.
Leiria has a population of 50.200 living in the city and 120.000 in the entire municipality. The main attraction is the castle, built in the 12th century with recent maintenance works during the 20th century. The local economy is strongly built on the glass and moulds industry tradition and its competitive position in the world. The wood from Leiria surrounding pine tree forests were used to build the ships used in the Portuguese Navigations in the 15th and 16th centuries.

The conference will take place in the Campus 2 of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria. The opening and closing ceremonies, the plenary sessions and some specific oral sessions will occur in a large amphitheatre room (with a capacity for 340 participants) and the remaining oral sessions could occur in two meeting rooms (for up to 70 participants). The poster sessions will take place in a wide hall close to the rooms, where the coffee breaks are to be served. In the same campus, and at about 2 minutes walking distance, the conference lunches could be served in the campus restaurant.

This Campus is situated 5 minutes to walk from a modern shopping center with more than 40 international stores and cinemas.
