The opening ceremony, final ceremony and part of lectures will take place in a spacious hall with a capacity up to 150 seats in theatre style. The rest of lectures will take place in a conference room with a capacity of 40 and 100 seats in theatre style. Poster session, as well as the standing buffet, will be placed in adjoining lounge of one of the halls.

The detailed conference schedule will be known after August 15th. The conference begins at 11th of September with early bird registration from 17h-19h at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The lecture rooms will be announced together with the program in the second half of August 2019.
